About the restaurant
Old school hospitality reigns supreme at this North Strathfield stalwart. Liu Rose first opened on Concord Road in 1971 and is still owned and run by the Liu family. Australianised Chinese dishes such as honey chicken and deep fried spring rolls are crowd favourites while the waiters all wear bow ties. Dinner at Liu Rose is like stepping back in time, in the best possible way.
