About the restaurant
For old-school French cooking, Chez Pascal is a good bet. The restaurant has been serving its traditional menu of the likes of five-hour braised ox cheeks and crepe Normandie to its Sans Souci clientele for many years. You may recognise chef Philippe Lebreux as a contender on the Channel 9 cooking series "The Hot Plate" and if you've liked what you've seen on the box, a trip to his home turf is in order.
