Le Coq Healthy Rotisserie

French cuisine has taken a modern turn with Le Coq opening its doors where the once highly popular La Grande Bouffe in Rozelle once stood. The signature dish for Le Coq is their free-range chicken, sourced from Holmbrae Farm in Bannaby that is marinated for 24 hours. Their approach is to create lighter French style cuisine and has been dubbed as ' the first French Healthy Rotisserie in Sydney. Still embracing its classic features of the building, the interior is white and chic with pops of artwork on the walls and hanging ferns from the ceiling. Le Coq offers both dine and take-away dining options.
