Nestled within a concrete, industrial block on Annangrove road at Rouse Hill, Fresh and Simple cafe is a homely oasis with beautiful timber floors, solid-farm style tables and comfortable leather chairs. There is a blackboard menu with freshly cooked breakfasts, generously portioned sandwiches and other daily specials – all served at wallet-pleasing prices. This charming café makes a point of sourcing its produce from local growers and the robust coffee, which they start churning out at 5:30am, comes from boutique roaster Caffe Di Gabriel.
