About
At West HQ in Rooty Hill, Steak & Co is a meat lovers delight by chef and restaurateur Sean Connolly. The fit out is inspired by 1950s butcher shop, complete with an oyster shucking station (in fact, the Co stands for crab and oysters). The menu features six styles of steaks, lamb, pork chops, a surf and turf option and a selection of seafood. Other restaurants in the West HQ complex include Chu by China Doll and Stefano Manfredi’s PizzAperta.
