About the restaurant
Set on a quiet stretch of the Redfern end of Elizabeth Street, you could easily miss Three Williams if you didn't know it was there, as it is set slightly below ground. The cafe is a discovery you'll be thankful for however, with a cool, warehouse style fit out and a concise yet interesting daytime menu. The signature 'naan' sandwiches are winners; the soft, freshly made bread houses fillings from marinated tempeh to glazed beef brisket with slaw.
