About the restaurant
On Redfern Street, Ron’s Upstairs is a relaxed Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. The borderline kitsch décor is all part of the charm of this hip Redfern local, brought to you by owners Brett Pritchard and David Jank, the duo behind small bar Arcadia Liquors. The rotisserie chicken with paprika, bay leaf and chilli rub is the order of the day, followed closely by the fried eggplant salad. For groups over eight, a banquet menu is required.
