Milk Bar by Cafe Ish

Cafe Ish owners Josh and Ai Nicholls have shut shop in Surry Hills and landed in Redfern with their new concept cafe – an old-style milk bar. All the trimmings are here - classic arcade game machines, cheesy chart topper music blaring from a jukebox and jars of colourful lollies at the counter. The menu is made up of burgers and milkshakes using house made ingredients and Cafe Ish icons such as the soft shell crab omelette. Ai's handiwork at the La Marzocco espresso machine and with beans from Coffee Alchemy ensure a top-notch latte.
