About the restaurant
La Salut is located in Redfern, only 6 minutes bus south of Sydney.
The bar takes its inspiration from Barcelona and the Spanish summer with dishes prepared by chef Scott McComas-Williams and over 200 Spanish wines to choose from.
Open Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Monday and Tuesday.
