About the restaurant
Just off the main strip in Pyrmont in a heritage-listed sandstone building, Quick Brown Fox Eatery isn’t your standard café. Consultant chef Tomislav Martinovic, who worked at Heston Blumenthal’s award Fat Duck restaurant in the UK, has created a menu of inventive dishes such as the breakfast rice congee and sprouted buckwheat muesli. The kitchen makes almost everything from scratch and they’ve sourced a quality selection of coffee beans, from Single O, Kombu Kombucha and Simon Says juices.
