David Chang is the chef and owner of the Momofuku group of restaurants in New York City and his impact on global food trends cannot be underestimated. Momofuku Seiobo is Momofuku's first restaurant outside of New York City, whose name - Seiobo is the Japanese goddess of the west and her sign is the peach tree. Booking system. There is also a 5-seat bar that serves a limited bar menu. Bar seating is first come, first serve.

Momofuku Seiobo in Pyrmont. Hands down the best restaurant I've been to in Sydney. The atmosphere, the service and the playlist is brilliant, friendly and switched on and the menu is inventive and next-level. Where else can you get a juice pairing menu or find a kitchen that's experimenting with how to make miso from chickpeas?

With working around my days off I would take a friend to Momofuku Seibo. I love sitting at the counter, the food is amazing, the wine is perfect and where else can I hear Mobb Deep in a 3 hat restaurant?
