Sometimes, restaurants try to integrate numerous food trends or cuisines into their menu and the result is a little directionless. That's why we love Chester White, a wine bar/delicatessen that isn't trying to hide its love for cured meat. The latest venture from the owners of Buffalo Dining Club, they have opened up only a few blocks away in Potts Point. Expect samuli, speck, cacciatore with sides like pickles, cheese olives and a simple wine list.
