Moving further into the Inner West, the culinary experts that brought you the Norfolk and The Carrington have set up shop in Petersham at The Oxford Tavern. In the beer garden, a giant smoker called Black Betty turns out incredible ribs, brisket and pulled pork, plus other American-style meaty menu items. Perfect for group dining, you choose your protein (make sure you get a side of smoky beans) and it's carved to order.
