Osso Steak and Ribs Restaurant makes its home inside Penrith Panthers and its smart fitout and high food values attract a discerning clientele. Passionate about meat and wine, the kitchen's "paddock to plate" philosophy sees its menu packed with premium steaks. A few other options, like oysters, baked spatchcock and pan fried barramundi round out the offerings but you're probably here for the ribs basted in bourbon glaze.
