Oribu, Parramatta’s first Japanese fine dining rooftop restaurant, is helmed by former Nobu chef Harry Cho. The menu combines fresh, modern Japanese dishes such as Hiramasa Kingfish Carpaccio, Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Striploin, and Toothfish with sweet miso.
