A produce-driven restaurant on Oxford Street in Paddington, Fred's is all about top-notch Australian ingredients cooked with care over a flame. The kitchen is built on forging relationships with organic horticulturalists, so expect heirloom vegetables and native ingredients cooked to perfection using a wood-fired hearth and oven. The wine list offers over 120 drops, many of which are from small-batch producers.
