El Primo Sanchez is a fun Mexican bar and diner in Paddington's Oxford Street, a few kms from Sydney's CBD. The successful Maybe Group (Maybe Sammy is one of the worlds top 50 bars 2019-2022) is behind El Primo Sanchez. The interior is quirky, and so is the menu which includes creative bar snacks, Mexican tap beer and even more creative cocktails. With a generous dash of Tequila, of course.
