The interior has been lovingly designed by Michelle Leslie and features sitting rooms and a private dining room, swathed in rich wood and brass finishes and complemented by antique chandeliers. The upstairs bar is dressed in opulent brown hues, with chesterfield sofas, tartan carpets, vintage mirrors and lampshades as well as an open fireplace. The fit-out pays tribute to the pub's original heritage design and creates a sense of old-world grandeur. By contrast, The Bellevue's Downstairs Bar has retained its reputation for offering ‘a typical pub experience' and remains the watering hole for loyal patrons.
