About the restaurant
The heritage site of the Newington Armory gives the Armory Wharf Cafe its name and its peaceful parklands, 30 minutes from the Sydney CBD. The wording of the menu is military themed, but the food is as far from the mess as you can get, with upmarket cafe fare, including tasty seafood offerings. Indoor-outdoor dining areas allow guests to enjoy views across the Parramatta river.
