About the restaurant

Owned and run by Coco chocolate specialist, Rebecca Knights-Kerswell, The Sydney Chocolate School is where you can learn how to create your very own chocolate. Guests can get their hands dirty with one of Rebecca's interactive classes (French hand tempering) or, if that's not your cup of tea, take up a seat and watch the skilled chocolatiers creating chocolate right before your eyes. If you've mastered hand tempering, students can then progress to caramels, truffles, creams and then artwork. There are also connoisseur evenings and school holiday programs.
