Founded by former flight attendant Alex Nguyen, Onice has quickly made its mark on Mosman's dining scene with a menu that weaves together Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese flavours in a warm, unhurried space of glowing wall lamps, padded banquettes and timber furnishings.
