Head Chef Marc Philpott is dedicated to serving seasonal Australian produce in a sumptuous setting that is ideal for corporate lunches or private celebrations. Traditional afternoon tea includes a set selection of sweet cakes and savoury pastries, finger sandwiches, homemade scones with preserve and clotted cream and a wide selection of tea or coffee. Gluten free afternoon tea is also available daily. Devonshire, morning and afternoon tea is offered from 10:00am weekdays and Afternoon tea from 10:00am weekends. À la carte lunch from 12:00pm Monday to Friday. The Modern Australian lunch menu is accompanied by an extensive offering of both Australian and international wines.
