There are only a handful of places in Australia where you can purchase ricotta so fresh it's still warm and the Marrickville gem, Paesanella, is one of them. This company has been making Italian cheese for more than 50 years and now their formaggio empire has spilled over into a friendly cafe. Grab a snack and a buffalo milk cappuccino before heading to the third-floor deli for fresh produce to take home.
