A contemporary Vietnamese restaurant with traditional roots, Hello Auntie is a produce-driven Marrickville eatery. The barbecue is the hero of the menu; pork, beef and seafood is spiced and thrown on the flames. Short ribs, too, are a work of art; slow braised and then torched for smoky flavour and a juicy interior. Keep things traditional with roll-your-own rice paper rolls and a bowl of steaming beef pho.
