In the heart of Manly on Market Lane, Fika Swedish Kitchen is a bright, cheery café which prides itself on its Swedish origins. “Fika”, meaning to take a break and eat, is a Swedish concept that has been brought to Sydney in the form of this quant café. The café’s minimalist Nordic design creates the perfect space to tuck into traditional Swedish dishes such as cured salmon on pumpernickel, pickled herring or fralla, a Norwegian cheese and smoked ham bun.
