Mixing up the traditional serving style of tapas is Cured, nestled in the Sydney beachside town of Manly. Diners are given the opportunity to create their own share platter, choosing from a multitude of delectable cuts of free-range, high-quality meats like salame, an assortment of artisan baked bread, pickled vegetables and cheeses from all over the world. Raw brick walls are lined with cushioned mandarin orange seating giving a fresh wine bar appeal.
