About the restaurant
Inside Western Sydney’s food precinct The Paper Mill Food, set in a 19th century building in Liverpool on the banks of the Georges River, Firepit is the signature in-house restaurant. Quality meats and market fresh seafood are cooked on the charcoal grill or in one of Firepit’s two wood-fired ovens. Open for lunch and dinner daily. Paper Mill’s impressive space has been designed by Paul Papadopoulos of DS17.
