Absolute Thai has been a well-loved Thai dining destination since it opened its doors at Westfield Hornsby in 2004 and opened a second location at Hornsby Inn. The authentic tastes of Thai cuisine doesn't get much better than that from the craftsmanship of the highly-experienced Thai chefs manning the kitchen. Taking inspiration from trends in Thai dining, the chefs consult with hotels in Thailand to constantly offer updated and contemporary dishes. The interior is modern yet cosy and there is a full screen TV for sporting events.
