Growing up in his parent's Balmain restaurant Stars at Gigi's, Gino Soglimbene was bound to open a restaurant of his own. That dream has materialised in Pappardelle Ristorante in Haberfield. Gino's delightful Italian dishes have a unique twist to them that would make his folks proud.
