Just across the road from Broadway Shopping Centre at Ultimo you'll find 80 Bay, a Toby's Estate espresso bar with an emphasis on high quality brewing, or, in ordinary speak - they make really good coffee. The space is notable in itself for its speakeasy meets café vibe with booth seating, aged mirrors and a heavy wooden bar. You can grab light snacks like sandwiches and there's always a chef's special.
