With a welcoming space of contemporary Mexican fare, St Alma is a next-level dining experience. Transformed from an old Bendigo Bank in Freshwater, diners are immersed in an impressive fit out with pink hues, symbolising a unique coastal and contemporary vibe. You'll find the cocktail list has five types of Margarita's - classic jalapeño, Paloma, coconut, pornstar & Tommy’s. With a focus on fresh and locally sourced produce, Executive Chef Tim Christian has designed everything on the menu to be shared with dishes including snapper fillet, beef short rib and Mexican style tapas.
