It's hard to miss the brightly knitted string of sausages that hang in the front of Dulwich Hill's favourite new haunt The Sausage Factory. This little neighbourhood gem is the brainchild of Chrissy Flanagan, the creator of Chrissy's Cuts, a bespoke range of snags sold throughout Sydney. Bringing together the best of sausages and fine wine, this is where one will not find a single banger and mash in sight but more creative dishes with housemade pickles and jazzy hot dogs. The Sausage Factory does not take bookings.
