Original owner chef Vijay Baboo has returned to Bukhara, one of Double Bay's most popular restaurants for many years. The menu includes an extensive selection of authentic Indian dishes using modern flavours and showcasing Indian exotic spices. Bukhara also offers a good selection of vegetarian dishes and banquets for groups of 4 or more.
