Saint George

Saint George is an all day café and wine bar in Chippendale by Michelin star and hatted chef James Metcalfe. On George Street, it starts the day as a local café churning out artisan coffee and a creative breakfast menu (think: smoked Wagyu brisket hash with fried eggs), before transforming into an elegant wine bar at nightfall. The 46-seater sports a hand-crafted cocktail menu with lots of bells and whistles, refined wine list and a fine dining-esque dinner menu at an affordable price. There’s also a secret event space called George’s Little Garage that holds up to 80 guests standing.
