Brickfields

Brickfields is an Eastern European-inspired bakery-cum-café, located on Cleveland Street in Chippendale. Brickfields is best known for the rustic bread it bakes from scratch, as well as the sandwiches it sells using said bread. It also serves coffee roasts from El Salvador and sweet treats with a distinct Middle Eastern influence. The interior is something like a European migrant's kitchen, all potted hanging plants, salmon walls and jars of preserves stacked in the cupboards.
