Apera is a welcome addition to the Castlecrag neighbourhood, offering locals a warm and inviting space to enjoy a drink, light bite or dinner. Only the best seasonal Australian produce and ingredients are on the menu, all ethically sourced. There is a fine list of Australian craft beers on tap and a short but well chosen wine list, along with local spirits using small local producers. Even the cocktails use the finest gins and vodkas from handpicked local distilleries. BYO wine is available on Tuesdays only.
