The Hills Lodge Hotel & Spa is a four and a half star Castle Hill property offering accommodation, a luxury day spa and Nobles Restaurant & Bar. The upmarket restaurant serves hotel guests and visitors alike, offering both buffet and continental breakfasts, then an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Though the dining room is smart, the Modern Australian menu isn't too fussy, with pan-seared duck breast sitting alongside a hearty beef burger. BYO on Fridays only.
