Brighton le Sands in Sydney's south, just 20 minutes from the city is legendary for its Greek cuisine. Now, overlooking Botany Bay, is the new Ammos proudly residing within the The Brighton Hotel Sydney and boasting classic Greek fare with a few modern twists. The decor is bright and breezy, a 'little bit Mykonos' and lending itself to sharing a long lunch with friends and family. Signature dishes include slow cooked lamb (of course), home made fluffy taramasalata, scallop moussaka and Greek custard pie.
