About the restaurant
Set on the lakeside at Baulkham Hills' Norwest Business Park, the aptly-named modern Japanese eatery Tokio Fans is indeed amassing a legion of admirers. The restaurant is a welcome distraction for the lunchtime crowds but really comes into its own when dedicated foodies descend on it after hours for its eclectic mix of traditional and experimental Japanese cuisine.
