About the restaurant
Tombik, the newly arrived kebab bar in Barangaroo, is headed up by Turkish chef Somer Sivrioglu and Arman Uz, two of our most inspirational Turkish chefs. Tombik is not your usual kebab diner usually found in the back streets of outer Sydney where you go for a late night snack. This is a sleek 40 seater kebab bar where you will find Istanbul style street food serving beef rump and lamb kebabs, with flatbread, chili and tahini.
Monday-Friday 11.30am-11pm, Saturday 4pm-11pm and Sunday 12pm-11pm
