Right in the heart of Barangaroo, just tucked back from the water’s edge, Corso Brio is a fine dining Italian restaurant inside Bel & Brio. Guests can choose from the a la carte menu or an eight-course degustation for $99. The classic Italian menu makes the most of Australian ingredients with the majority of the produce sourced from the restaurant’s farm on the Central Coast.
