Banksii is the second creation from husband and wife super team Hamish Ingham and Rebecca Lines, bringing a taste of Australia, native style to the shores Barangaroo, Sydney. Inspired by the Australian landscape and named after botanist Sir Joseph Banks, the restaurant uses botanicals, wild herbs and native ingredients to shape their menu. Fresh, light and seasonal these dishes are designed to share whilst enjoying the chilled ambience. Fans of Vermouth will be impressed with the 40+ variety collection that features in many of the Banskii signature cocktails.
