Former head chef at Sailors Thai at The Rocks and Kittichai in New York City Ty Bellingham has opened Salt Bar and Grill at Bankstown RSL. The bistro menu is scattered with Thai dishes but it’s also very accessible to anyone not interested in South East Asian cuisine with a solid burger and grill offering.
