About the restaurant
The Inner West is home to the hip Balmain Hotel. With its weatherboard-beach-shack meets inner-west-bar feel, The Balmain Hotel offers three bar areas, plus, the quirky pink flamingo room, which was built specifically with the ladies in mind. The fit out is fanciful with fringed umbrellas and walls painted in bright turquoise and sunny yellow. The menu also has a hybrid theme of sorts, with dishes ranging from sliders to steamed buns and southern fried chicken.
