About the restaurant
Sourdough mecca, otherwise known as Sonoma, is set to open another place of praise, this time for its Alexandria devotees. The new headquarters will host a café with robust coffee and light meals, and a store so you can take those baked treats home to feast on later. For those of you who haven't heard the Sanoma gospel, Andrew Connole and his family created Sonoma Baking Company from a handful of sourdough starter, an abandoned wood-fired oven, and a whole lot of energy.
