Ardour Milton Park Bowral is an elegant and historical hotel set in stunning formal gardens in the Southern Highlands, a one-and-a-half hour drive from Sydney. Newly renovated in 2026 with a more contemporary yet stately feel, the manor boasts fireplaces, cosy corners, exquisite dining, and luxury accommodation with world class conference and wedding facilities. Horderns is the signature restaurant, light-filled and overlooking the gardens. It now offers a more relaxed Modern European share style menu, using premium local produce, like Riverina beef and lamb from Cowra, Yamba prawns and local cheeses plus High Tea on weekends. The Polo Bar is the place for drinks and small plates, boasting The Charcuterie Room with artisan meats and limited-run cheeses.
