Eschalot Berrima remains strong, focused, agile and perfect at this time. The service was perfect. The experience and the ambiance of an all candle lit dining room with open fire. My wife being lacto-ovo vegetarian was impressed with the diversity and taste of dishes presented. I enjoyed 6 courses non-vegetarian cuisine with the smoked lamb shoulder and duck pinnacles. Truly 5 Star, Gusts truly feel spoiled. BRAVO Eschalot ! & Thank you.

Excellent food, all the dishes were well presented and delicious. Hard to mention a favourite. What we do know is we will be back to taste the rest of the menu.
