About the restaurant
Bringing the spirit of Bali to the heart of Wollongong, Balinese Spice Magic celebrates the culinary and cultural traditions of its island roots. Upon entering the restaurant, diners will notice the incense, the Gamelan music, and the tribal prints and bamboo decorations that adorn the dining room. All spice mixes are fresh and hand-ground to flavour traditional dishes such as hot sambal and Balinese sweet soy pork.
