About the restaurant
Set within Bundanon, Ramox Café celebrates South Coast produce with seasonal menus inspired by the region’s natural abundance. Led by Executive Chef Douglas Innes-Will, the café champions a paddock-to-plate philosophy with a focus on sustainability and simplicity. The name Ramox pays tribute to Arthur Boyd’s dramatic paintings, while the kitchen partners with local favourites Daily Grind and Cupitts Estate for coffee and beverages. Dishes include peri peri roast chicken, Sichuan tofu salad, cauliflower and chickpea curry, charred zucchini with skordalia, and a hearty artist picnic platter for two. Ramox offers a thoughtful, local dining experience in a uniquely artistic setting.
