Its dining room is fitted with bi-fold doors that open out to a wide terrace overlooking the pool and the greenery of the forest beyond. The Modern Australian menu is considered and health conscious, with 80% of the kitchens ingredients produced with 3 hours drive. Bespoke tropical cocktails are a specialty, and can be served with light meals to share.
